Who will see the responses to the survey?
A subcommittee of the ACED (Action Committee on Equity and Diversity) will see the responses and put together a report to share with the rest of the committee, board, administration, and staff. Your responses will be kept anonymous and confidential. Respondees who provide their name may be identified by name if relevant.
What will the responses be used for?
The ACED will use the responses to educate the board, administration, and staff about issues related to diversity and inclusion. The responses will also be used by the ACED to guide our work in rolling out the affinity groups and other initiatives over the next few years that will hopefully address some of the issues raised in the responses.
Will somebody contact me about my responses?
